Delivery

We only deliver to UK addresses.

There will be no delivery charge for orders over £50

​

A delivery charge of £4 will be added to orders under £50

​

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For service, and should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. 

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and that you or someone on your behalf is available to sign for the delivery.

Returns

As we are a small business, supporting other small designers and artists, we try to ensure our descriptions are as accurate as possible, so we will only accept the return of faulty goods.

In the rare event of a faulty item, please contact Silver Moon Collections before returning the item.  We will try to assist you as quickly as possible.

The item will only be accepted by us if it is accompanied by the original packaging and receipt (sent to the purchaser of the goods). We recommend you keep a copy of the receipt for your own records.

Returns not accompanied by all of the original documentation will not be honoured.

Please note that all jewellery is quality checked prior to dispatch.
